How to pray Our Lady of Sorrows Devotion

This month, we encourage you to pray the devotion of Our Lady of Sorrows with us! This powerful prayer cultivates the virtue of compassion through identifying with Mary’s suffering and empathizes with her as a mother who endured sufferings for the sake of us. This devotion provides an opportunity for us to recognize our own grief and offer our own sorrows, too.
