Our Lady of Guadalupe DIY Rosary Kit

I bought this kit for my neice, so I am reviewing it only as a gift-giver, rather than someone who made the rosary with a child.

Overall, it is very pretty and artful. I love that it combines making a craft with something faith filled. The colors looks lovely together and the themed beads help tell the story. The beads seem the perfect size for a young child to complete and I love how the string has sealed edges for threading beads. I also love the lack of plastic-- the box is all cardboard and the beads are all painted wood.

I will say that it is much lighter than I expected. The entire box weighs a little over 4oz per my kitchen scale, so the beads, while a nice size, are made of a very light-weight wood. Then I opened it up, the divider lifts up with the lid and the beads mix together. For the price, it might be nice if this were remedied. One of my star beads was also a bit broken, but still functional.

Overall, I am happy with the kit and I expect my neice will enjoy making it!

Absolutely love the rosary kit. My kids are obsessed wity them and want to wear thrm all the time. Such a great gift idea.

I ordered a few rosary kits to do with my mom and my young son - they were a hit! Easy to follow instructions, chunky beads for little hands, and the final product is super sturdy. Thank you for this wonderful product!!!!
