In my small attempt to teach others how to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, I have two short videos to teach Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer. Over these 40 days of Lent, I will be producing more resources to guide through the liturgy of the hours and break it down to a less confusing prayer practice.
