A House is a Little Church Platter
Platters will be back in stock by November 1
The early Church Fathers spoke of the Christian home as a “little church”—a place where love, prayer, and Scripture form the heart of daily life. Just as the Church is a communion of believers gathered in Christ, so too the family reflects this mystery when it lives in unity, tenderness, and faith. As Fr. Ron Rolheiser reminds us, the ordinary rhythms of home—meals shared, kindness offered, forgiveness extended—become sacred when lived with intention and grace. In these small acts, the home becomes both sanctuary and school, forming us in the ways of love. Indeed, every house has the potential to be a little church, where Christ is welcomed to dwell at the center.
May Christ be the unseen guest at your table,
the quiet joy in your laughter,
and the steady peace in your love.
“For indeed a house is a little church” -St John Chrysostom
