God’s Will is to Love.
Back in April, when I was in New York for the Heart’s Home gala, Maria reached out to me to see if I would be willing to share my story and journey as an artist.
What follows is the final result – something that brings awe to my own heart. I think once again of the idea that if we stand with our nose up to a piece of art, we can only see a partial area of the whole. For me, I stand much too close to my own experiences and can get bogged down in the every day. As I watch myself tell my story, I am in awe in the way that God has moved through my life.
My story is one of darkness and light, agony and joy, abandonment and hope.
I hope you enjoy.
