2024 Catholic Advent Calendar
The Catholic Advent Calendar celebrates the liturgical Advent season full of saints and feast days. The sticker calendar is designed for busy families who want to introduce their children to the richness of the Catholic liturgical calendar, but who don’t have time for elaborate activities.
There is one sticker page for each day of Advent. The stickers relate to that day’s feast if there is one and children are directed to place the stickers are on the 8x16 inch scene. Then there is a small activity recommended to celebrate.

I want so badly to love this because clearly there’s a lot of thought and care put into it—the feast days, the O Antiphons, etc. However, the sticker aspect made it seem like this was appropriate for young children, and my 4 year old loved it but struggled with some of the (very very) tiny stickers. There’s plenty of room on each sheet to make the stickers slightly larger. Even I struggled with the candle flames. The most troubling part for me though was the Christmas Day reflection which claimed Jesus was born in a manger “because Mary and Joseph were not married and their family rejected them.” I’m no theologian, but from a Catholic perspective, that statement seems to be both biblically and theologically problematic.
I really love this sticker book. I’m definitely buying more for next year. I think I look forward to it more than my kids. I love that each day it has Fun facts about a saint of the day or the significance of the sticker. My kids look forward to Doing it each day and so do I.
We are enjoying this advent calendar. My 6-year-old loves putting on the stickers. We're not Catholic, so it has been interesting to learn about the different saints remembered this time of year.
Cute, not worth $12. Worth couple dollars. Not much to it.
This is the second year I have purchased. I love the artwork, and the different room for this year's Advent Calendar. It is a wonderful idea, and keeps my granddaughter rooted in her Catholic faith development. It is easy to understand for her to read and do the calendar.
