Christ the King Crown

We celebrate Christ the King on the Sunday before the first Sunday of Advent. Christ the King is a feast that serves as a reminder that Jesus is the true King of Peace we all long for, who came “to reconcile to himself all things” (Col 1:20), who came “not to be served but to serve” (Mt 20:28). Christ is victorious over our suggestions, war, government and all authorities. We are all living in His kingdom.

If you have a Jesus doll, it could be fun to create a little king's crown for him. You can download the crown template for free! Just print it out, cut out of felt, and glue the ends together.
